Etna DOC Rosè Wine – CRU Contrada Moganazzi
This is our “philological” philosophy, which unites the five generations who have taken care of the ancient family vineyard, conserving and meticulously caring for it, allowing today the production of these wines. “philological” is also the method we used to search for the ancient planting layout in our vineyards, thus allowing us to resume the planting structure of the original vineyard dating back over 150 years ago.
With a particularly intense color, it has a complex nose: fresh fruit, pear, flowers, a good minerality and a marked sapidity, make this rosé an excellent meditation wine and to be tasted in the summer seasons
